Returns, Refunds & Complaints – BalizaGeo
Below you will find all information regarding your right to cancel, return conditions, and how to file a complaint for purchases made through the BalizaGeo online store.
Right to Cancel – 14 Days
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, according to consumer protection regulations. This allows you to notify BalizaGeo within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase.
To qualify for a return under the 14-day policy:
• The product must be unused and in new condition
• Original packaging must be unopened and intact
• Protective seals and films must remain unbroken
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives safely back to us
Extended Return Window – 365 Days (Customer Satisfaction Guarantee)
We currently offer an extended 365-day return period as part of our customer satisfaction guarantee. This applies once per customer.
Returns made after 14 days are accepted only if:
• The product is carefully opened and in resellable condition
• A €20 handling and restocking fee will be deducted
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are up to 100% for unopened items and up to 70% for opened items, depending on condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
Returns (If Applicable)
To qualify for a standard return:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• It must be returned in the original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received the item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at BalizaGeo@gmail.com with your order number.
Our support team will provide you with a return form.
The form must be completed and approved before we can issue the return address.
Once the form is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or adding shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel is delivered to a collection point and remains uncollected for 7 days, it will be returned to us.
Returned parcels will incur a €20 handling fee, which covers outbound shipping, return postage, administrative costs, and processing.
If you change your mind after your order has shipped, you must collect the parcel and return it manually.
Failure to collect the parcel will result in it being marked as “uncollected” and the €20 fee will apply.
Once received, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the €20 fee.
If your Klarna invoice has not yet been paid, the amount will be adjusted. If already paid, the fee will be deducted from your refund. If the fee cannot be deducted, we may issue an invoice.
BalizaGeo is not responsible for failed delivery notifications by carriers such as Correos, SEUR, MRW, DHL, etc. Nor are we responsible for personal circumstances (illness, travel, work) that prevent collection.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds
Returns that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by BalizaGeo may be rejected or partially refunded.
You will be informed of the outcome via email after inspection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card provider – processing may take a few days
• Contact your bank – delays are common

Faulty or Damaged Items – Complaints
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, you have the right to file a complaint.
Please start by taking clear photos of the issue and sending them to us together with your order number.
Do not return the item before receiving approval.
We will inspect the item to determine whether the defect is covered under warranty.
If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or compensation.
Complaints apply only to manufacturing defects and do not cover lost items, general wear and tear, or damage caused by incorrect handling.
All items are inspected before dispatch, but shipping damage may occur in rare cases. Please check your product carefully upon arrival.
Complaints must be raised within a reasonable timeframe from discovering the issue. Reporting within 2 months is always considered reasonable.
If your complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping.
Order Cancellation
Our logistics system processes orders immediately after purchase.
This ensures fast delivery but means we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
